Shipping Uncomplicated:
If your order hits INR999 or more, we’re covering the shipping—yes, that includes subscriptions and one-time buys! (excluding taxes, promos, and rewards). Under INR 999, there is no problem; there is just an INR ground shipping fee.
We’re on the grind Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Usually, your order sets sail the next business day. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. Expect a shipping confirmation and tracking number in your inbox when it’s en route.
Quick heads up – we’re cruising within India, International shipping? Not yet, but we’re working on spreading myflowsome love everywhere.
Returns 101:
Here’s the lowdown: keep things unopened in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. There are no refunds for washed or used items. Return shipping charges? On you, unless it’s a free return. Refunds? We’ll subtract the full shipping cost of the original order.
